going through all of my magazines is turning out to be more than a quick, 20 minute project. while i only have about 20 magazines (domino, dwell and elle decor) i've decided to rip out everything that i like (catalog it in my inspiration binder) and toss the rest. the hard part is going to be putting each page in a plastic sleeve... but honestly, it's kind of a fun project. now all of my inspirational tid bits will be searchable. except for my 3 organize magazines. i can't bear to rip those up!

Magazine Binder

I would love to do this to someone's kitchen

Organized Magazine Binder

My Binder

Merrilee's Binder
So I've been a huge fan of Merrilee's blog, Mer Mag ever since I found out about it. She's hip, cool and crafty--not to mention has v. chic organizing ideas. The other day, her home was highlighted on Decor8 where she showcased her favorite things. One of those items was her magazine binder. She goes on to say how she doesn't hoard magazines but instead, tears out inspirational pages and organizes them into a binder. That way, when she is looking for something, she knows right where look. The cool thing is--I do the exact same thing!
