tagging emails and loading subject lines

i spotted this helpful article in money magazine earlier this month and had to share. while you might already have your email down pat, here are 2 tips from the article we can't wait to try out;

1. tagging emails with the line "no reply needed" i mean, who needs one more email saying "thanks" or "cool" or "will do"

2. in an effort to cut out having to open and read every email, pack the subject line with specific information.  this tip will also help save time when looking for a specific email. below is a perfect example of what can happen when subject lines are generic. i'd have to open up each email in order to find the pertinent info regarding dinner plans. but if the subject line read something like, "meet me at masa at 7:00 pm on 1/5/10" i'd have the info quickly.
