Besides being able to find your stuff when you need it, organizing is cool because it can be customized. Want to organize your stuff by color? Get 'er done. Want to organize by size, shape or function? Go ahead--it's all about how it works for you! Just because I am a visual person and like things organized by color doesn't mean my clients do. It may be easier for others to organize by function (meaning clothes they wear the most get a front seat). The goal is to customize your space when organizing--that way you're more apt to maintain it.
