rotating your mattress via martha

did you know you are supposed to flip your mattress 4x year?! i've owned my mattress for 4 years and have never flipped it. ever. i figured it was necessary maybe once every 5 years or so. oops. well, martha has come up with one way to remember when to flip a mattress. hotels apparently follow same organizing protocol. her technique is rather confusing to translate so i'm sending you over to the original blog post to read. your thoughts?
